Quality management

In 2012, Cell Lines Service has successfully introduced a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008, which has been since been refined and is being updated regularly. One year later, process development has become an integral part of the quality management system. To maintain a high-quality standard for our customers we transitioned to the new standard ISO 9001:2015 in February 2018.
