Quality management

In 2012, Cell Lines Service has successfully introduced a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008, which has been since been refined and is being updated regularly. One year later, process development has become an integral part of the quality management system. The transition to the new standard ISO 9001:2015 was carried out in February 2018. To maintain a high-quality standard for our customers we operate in accordance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
