Cancer Cell Line Medium SF is a chemically defined and animal component-free medium for of adherent as well as suspension cell lines. The medium ideally functions as a medium for recombinant protein and high-density exosome production as well as for spheroid cell culture.

Quality control

pH = 7.2 +/- 0.02 at 20-25°C.

Each lot has been tested for sterility and absence of mycoplasma and bacteria.



Keep refrigerated at +2°C to +8°C in the dark. Freezing as well as warming up to +37°C minimize the quality of the product.

Shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture.

Do not heat the medium to more than 37°C or use uncontrollable sources of heat (e.g., microwave appliances).

If only a part of the medium is to be used, remove this amount from the bottle and warm it up at room temperature.

HLA characterization is available from more than 200 cell lines. HLA class I -A, B, C, and Class II HLA-DPA1, -DPB1, -DQA1, DQB1, and DRB1 alleles were obtained by next-generation sequencing methodologies (NGS) for class I and class II alleles.
