iPSC FFAM
€800.00*
iPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem cells) reprogrammed from human Amniotic Mesenchymal stem cells (HMSC.AM) This iPS cell line was created using normal human amniotic-derived stem cells. The iPS cell line was generated using an episomal reprogramming containing a prprietary mix of vectors, containing Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4 along with p53 Anti-sense, EBNA-1. The cell line was validated for pluripotency based on colony morphology, alkaline phosphatase expression, and expression of SSEA-4.iPS colonies exhibit classical morphology and growth.
iPSC FFMP

iPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem cells) reprogrammed from human Multipotent Stem Cells This iPS cell line was created using a rare and adherent cell line from umbilical cord blood showing a lower level of MHC Class II expression. The iPS cell line was generated using an episomal reprogramming containing a prprietary mix of vectors, containing Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4 along with p53 Anti-sense, EBNA-1 The cell line was validated for pluripotency based on colony morphology, alkaline phosphatase expression, and expression of SSEA-4.iPS colonies exhibit classical morphology and growth.
iPSC-hDPSC
€800.00*
iPSC (induced pluripotent stem cells) reprogrammed from human DPSC (Dental Pulpa Stem/Stromal cells) Original hDPSCs were isolated from human dental pulp tissue. The adherent cellular fraction of the enzymatically digested tissue was cultured until about 70-80% confluence. After subculturing, the cells were cryopreserved in Passage 1. The CLS human episomal iPSC line was generated from hDPSCs using the episomal Reprogramming Kit provided by CET (Cellular Engineering Technologies, USA). These vectors include the Yamanaka factors (Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4) along with p53 Anti-sense, EBNA-1 and Red Fluorescent Protein.
