We at CLS have cultivated a couple of human immortal cell lines (A-549; Caco-2, HaCaT, MCF-7, U-251 MG) as well as human Gingival Fibroblasts (HGF) and human Dental Pulp Stem cells (DPSCs) with encouraging results. Adding 5% hPL instead of 10% FBS to the cell culture media which are recommended for the cell lines mentioned resulted in excellent proliferation. This hPL has been manufactured on an industrial scale according to GMP standards.
